Trouble with skinned mesh

Hello!
I have this custom character (not made by me) in blender, rigged, and animated.

When I export it as a .fbx file and import it to roblox using the avatar importer plugin the mesh imports successfully, but when I try to load the animation only the body moves and not the head.

The head bone appears to not be there but I can find it in the animation editor, rotating it seems to have no effect though.

I’ve tried joining all the meshes together but it ruins the animation (I might be doing it wrong though). I’d rather have all the parts separated in order to color it in studio.

I am not particularly skilled with blender so this is pretty confusing to me

I am aware this is not necessarily a building issue but the other categories didn’t fit either

I can see a potential problem. The head bone in the rig is not visible, possibly not loading. That happens when the importer does not detect anything using that bone (aka, skinning on the head). The head isn’t moving, so that’s sus.

This is also sus:

They have no vertex groups. No skinning. If all vertices follow the head, just add them all at 100%.

Try that, see if everything works.
