Trying to add a neon-like glow to textured meshes without light instances

Ok so basic explanation, I made a mesh that has a black & white non-glow texture (to avoid any complications, it is a slash vfx mesh) and I cant find a way to make it glow (without pointlight and such) other than vertex colours (the one in roblox at special mesh instance) but the vertex colour’s glow is only on studio and the glow dissapears (as an example a 20 value’s colour looks like a 1) when I get in the game, anyway I can apply a neon glow other than tempering with the textures, light instances and vertex colours?
