Trying to align GUI with hotbar

When I say I suck at GUI usage I SUCK, so I just need to know how to (as the title implies), align a GUI like my healthbar to the inventory.

Here’s currently what my GUI looks like, it should always be at the same position in comparison to the inventory, but currently it rises or sinks based off the size of the screen.

Also please dumb it down for me, not a crazy lot just a basic step process so I can understand it, I’m a complete noob to GUIs.
