Trying to open roblox studio and getting hit with "Failed to load settings with SslConnectFail"

I woke up had an idea to implement so I launch roblox studio up but then get hit with this message:

I saw that this problem happen before: RESOLVED: "Failed to load settings with SslConnectFail" Studio Error Message, Feb. 2024

I tried reinstalling deleting registry key but it pop-up failed to load settings.
I don’t have any antivirus beside using Kerish Doctor to improve my experience.
I looked through my client logs this is the error message:

There is an SSL bug with Roblox servers. It would be helpful to restart your computer and check if your connection is working properly. If the issue persists, you should contact support to resolve it. Registry settings are very powerful and you should not modify them without the help of a technician, as you could damage your PC if you don’t understand the registry. Try reinstalling Roblox Studio to see if that helps.

Please also try installing OpenSSL by visiting this website Win32/Win64 OpenSSL Installer for Windows - Shining Light Productions and following all the steps. Try removing any existing OpenSSL if you already have it on your computer and install a new one through this website.

Seem likes my problem has mutated into DnsResolve.

Try reinstalling Roblox Studio and see if that helps.

Edit: Didn’t see that @inceptionLegends already stated reinstalling studio so, sorry for the duplicate reply.

Update: I can’t seem to access roblox apis.

yep, I seem to have the same problem as well.

Running Roblox through the application also give this error too, but joining an experience through the website still work (though returning to the desktop app by leaving the experience still give the error)

I also have tested with my other PC and mobile (with different network), both also give the same error

edit 2: Using a VPN fixes the issue, so I think this might be something related to regions or servers.

Since this is an isp’s issue, faking IP with VPN should fix this problem

Sorry for the late reply I wasn’t on until now.
VPN does indeed works.

Edit: For my method I just used cloudflare warp.

Update: API seemed fix but the website layout buggy for me (App works)
