Tsukiya is a brand-new Hibachi restaurant that offers delicious cuisine and a fantastic experience with freshly prepared food and drinks. Our kind and understanding staff promise to provide you with the finest possible time at Tsukiya and enjoy the exceptional flavor of our freshly prepared meals so much that you’ll want to return. Established in early 2023, our goal is to develop a community and staff team while giving players an appreciation of Japanese cuisine, shimmering under the night sky, giving you an experience like no other.

Code of Conduct

Roblox Guidelines
We strongly advise everyone to abide by Roblox’s terms of service when visiting Tsukiya facilities. Failure to follow Roblox standards will result in varying degrees of punishment.

Common Sense While in Tsukiya try and use common sense, we ask that you think before you say, post, or do anything, that could possibly be taken wrong. Any sort of slurs, discrimination, spamming, inappropriate behavior (NSFW), drama, or anything else under the category should never happen.

Trolling/Exploiting You should not be misbehaving throughout the restaurant and training center. This includes trolling, spamming, exploiting, etc. If you are caught doing any of these, you will be given a consequence.

Point Cheating This should be common knowledge as well; however, you are not allowed to point-cheat. Please make the game fun and fair for everyone and don’t use unfair advantages. If you are caught cheating, you will be given a consequence.

Group Knowledge - FAQs

How do I become a Staff Member?

To become a staff member, you will need to join the application center and attend a training session. Once you have passed a training session, you begin to work as a junior server!

How do I get promoted to the next rank?

In order to be promoted, you must earn in-game points. You may earn in-game points from serving, cleaning spills, and completing quests.

  • To be promoted from Junior Server to Server, you will need to obtain 50 in-game points.
  • To be promoted from Server to Expert Server, you will need to obtain 250 in-game points.
  • To be promoted from Expert Server to Senior Server, you will need to obtain 400 in-game points.
  • To be promoted from Senior Server to Star Server, you will have one of two options: obtain 600 points or purchase the NAME gamepass.

What rank do I have to be to become a middle rank?
In order to become a restaurant assistant, you will need to become a star server or own the NAME gamepass. You may find a promotion guide and more information under “Star Server Promotion Guide”.

Ban Appeals

Ban Appeal Information
Here at Tsukiya, we work hard to create a pleasant environment within our ROBLOX games and Discord. If an individual is found breaking any of our rules, they may face consequences such as Roblox in-game bans or Discord bans. If you meet our appeal requirements, you may DM an Executive Assistant+. Once the appeal has been discussed a member of our executive team will respond to you as soon as possible.

Appeal Requirements

  • The ban must have taken place one week before the appeal.
  • During your appeal, you must put in effort and show growth.
  • Trolling in your appeal will result in your appeal being declined and marked as permanant.
  • Tsukiya has the power to reject an appeal for any cause.

  2. Where were you banned at Tsukiya? (Roblox or Communications Server)
  3. Why are you appealing your ban?
  4. Do you feel you will improve on your behavior?
Alliance Guide

Alliance Information
Within Tsukiya, we strive to have outstanding alliances that will mutually support each other and positively build both groups. In order to affiliate with Tsukiya, please take the information provided below into account.

Alliance Requirements

  • The group must obtain x Roblox members and x Discord members.
  • The group must obtain a good reputation within the industry, selling ranks, partaking in drama, etc is strictly prohibited.
  • The group must be willing to announce events hosted within Tsukiya.
  • They must have strong communication skills and be eager to communicate with each other. Furthermore, your group must be represented by no fewer than two individuals.

Alliance Application

  1. What is the name and premise of your establishment? Please describe your group and also insert any necessary links.
  2. Why are you interested in affiliating with Tsukiya?
  3. How will this alliance mutually benefit both Tsukiya and your group?
  4. What rules and standards do you uphold in your group?
  5. Will you be willing to communicate with Tsukiya Relations members and announce various things upon request?
Star Server Promotion Guide

Promotion Information

Greetings! If you’re hoping to work your way up from the star server rank or by using the gamepass, this is what you will be expected to have in order to be considered for the management team.

  • You must obtain 250 overall minutes while doing 25+ minutes daily.
  • You must display professionalism, grammar, maturity and a good worth ethic.
  • You must be 13+ to become a management member and your account must not obtain safechat.
  • You must have a good image within the industry this includes not having any former minor consequences within six months.
