Tsunami Sushi | Introduction

Welcome to Tsunami Sushi! :sushi:
Founded on July 26th, 2014!

Tsunami Sushi is one of the largest roleplay restaurants on Roblox. We provide authentic Japanese cuisine and an experience unlike any other. With a large community, we are dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience for the customers and staff. Join us and be a part of a strong, caring community today!

Main Game

Staff Information

For you to become an official staff member, you need to join the main group and join the quiz center. Once you have passed, you will need to attend a training session hosted by our middle ranks.

When you become an official staff member, you are able to receive promotion ranks on your serving skills at the restaurant.

Greeting

When a customer approaches you at the front counter, you need to state a greeting. Your greeting must include your name, a welcome, and an offer of assistance. Feel free to be creative as possible for this section.

  • Example: Hello, welcome to Tsunami Sushi! My name is [name/username]. How many people in your party?

Seating Options

The restaurant has several options for customers to sit. We offer several game passes but there is a specific game pass that grants exclusive content. The VIP seating is the gamepass you must check to see if the customer has it.

  • Locations: downstairs, upstairs, outside, VIP [gamepass required], party room, bar, and Hibachi Grill.
  • VIP Command: :vipseating [user]

Serving Customers

Customers are more than welcome to skip any course, feel free to give them recommendations. We do have an order limit of three for each course. To hand someone an order, click Give To above their head. All food are inside the kitchen and ice cream will be in the lobby. At the end of their meal, give them a food bill which is inside the kitchen.

  • Order: Drinks [Teas/Bubble Tea & Water], appetizers [Bowls], entrees [Sushi Rolls/Nigiri], desserts [Mochi/Ice Cream].

Disruptive Customers

If you encounter someone that is being disruptive, you must tell them to stop and call an MR. Below are the list that falls under any punishment.

  • Automatic Ban: Hate speech, exploiters, mass spammers, or any type of discrimination.
Session Information

Session Information

Training sessions are hosted by our management team and regularly updated in our public board. It is recommended to join the training center 15 minutes prior to the starting time. All times that is according to your time zone can be shown below.

Alliance Information

In order to form an alliance with Tsunami Sushi, there are general expectations and requirements that are stated below. If your group fails to meet any of the requirements, you are ineligible to apply for an alliance.

Alliance Requirements

  • Your group must be a business professional group genre. We would appreciate is based on a business platform where there are guidelines that are enforced. We do not accept groups that are outside of the business setting unless there are general expectations for your customers to follow.
  • Your group must be willing to announce any events. Tsunami Sushi hosts events which we often ask our business partners to announce. We would appreciate if your group has the time of their day to announce these special events.
  • Your group must have 50,000 group members. As our community continues to grow, we ask for groups to have an equal amount of group members to have a balanced activity.
  • Your group must have a consistent activity. We require for you to have a form of activity in your platform. Our Relations Team will monitor your activity to see how well your group’s operations is performing. If you are a business group that has another form of activity outside of player count, we would appreciate to see any form of events hosted in your communication server.
  • Your group must be willing to communicate with our Relations Team. Our Relations Team will do check ins once in a while to see how your group is performing. We also would love to host future collaborations with your group which requires communication.
  • Your group should not have any history of selling ranks with administrative permissions. We do allow groups that sell ranks as long as they do not receive any administrative commands that is given to your management members. We feel this type of environment shows severe unprofessionalism and disorganization.
  • Your group must not be blacklisted. There will be occurrences where your group has come across an issue with Tsunami Sushi. If your group is under our alliance blacklist, you will be notified by our Relations Team for the reason why. If your group is blacklisted, you are able to appeal by messaging a Relations Team member.

Alliance Application

If you meet all the expectations and requirements, you are able to fill out the application. If your group has completed all the information below, message any Relations Team member or make a ticket in the communications server.

  • What is the name of your group? Link the communication server and Roblox group.
  • Describe your group and how it’s unique from other groups.
  • Provide two representatives from your group that we can contact about your application status.

If you would like to receive a higher chance for acceptance, we would appreciate if you have any mutual alliances. We ask to give our department members a week to evaluate your group. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to message any Relations Team member.

Promotion Guide

If you are interested in joining our MR Team, there are tips and information for staff members to keep in mind. We are consistently looking for active and hardworking staff members that keep our game running and our community members safe.

Requirements

  • Must be an Executive Chef.
  • Must not have safechat.
  • Account age must be above 60 days.
  • Must display good activity at the restaurant.
  • Must not be blacklisted in the group.

Tips

  • Do not supervise or stand a long period of time in one area.
  • Aim for 20 minutes at the restaurant daily.
  • Quality > Quantity - service skills is what we are looking for!
  • Avoid asking or hinting about a promotion; it will severely decrease promotion chances.
  • Stay positive; everyone will have their chance whenever they are ready.
  • Engage with the community when shifts or minigames happen.
