In addition to following the Roblox Terms of Service, we have additional rules that must be followed. Failing to comply with the given rules can result in being banned in-game. Supervisor+ are given permission to ban those who have not directly broken the stated rules below as long as it is valid.
- Exploiting is not permitted.
- Trolling or being disruptive is not permitted.
- Abusing/excessive caps are not permitted.
- Advertising in-game or on the group wall is not permitted.
- Disrespect or discriminatory behavior of any kind to anyone is not permitted.
- Bypassing the chat filter to use offensive language is not permitted.
- Trying to bypass rules in order for it to seem justified is not permitted.
Low Ranks are instructed to issue one warning to disruptive customers before calling !help to alert an admin in-game. If an admin is not in your server, you may use our Discord Server or the group wall to ask for help. Supervisors and above may ban you from the server without prior warning.
Training Information
Training Information
One way to rank up as a staff member is by attending training sessions. These sessions are hosted at our Training Center at scheduled times for only Awaiting Training through Hibachi Chefs. Customers and Executive Chefs will not be permitted to join. Below will be the required information you should know before attending.
Training Times
- The Training Center will have a full list of all the training times in your specific timezone. Join the game 5-20 minutes prior to the times provided in order to make sure you get a spot.
- We try our best to make sure every server is supported. Please remain patient if the training process is lengthy.
Tips
- The training consists of greetings, food rush, trivia, grammar testing, and a trolling simulation. In addition, you will be provided information on how to serve customers and the warning system we use.
- Awaiting Training will need 2/5 to pass, Waitress/Waiters will need 3/5 to pass, Head Waitress/Waiters will need 4/5 to pass, and Hibachi Chefs will need 5/5 to pass. Passing will mean you will advance to the next rank.
- You must utilize grammar at all times throughout the training. Failing to do so will result in a demotion.

Listing from Supervisor all the way to Owner (and some extra ranks), you can see the basic information on each rank in the group. With rank limits and short rank descriptions, you can get a general idea of what each rank does.
Medium Ranks
Medium Ranks Information
Promotions throughout Medium Ranks are determined based on their activity at trainings and the restaurant. In addition, they must have knowledge of their rank and know how to handle different scenarios properly. Each rank has a 2-week waiting period before they are eligible to be promoted.
Staff Trainer [Rank Capacity: 50]
Staff Trainer is the first Medium Rank. Before getting here, you have to go through each Low Rank and pass the Training Assistant process. Staff Trainers and above have admin commands at the restaurant. In addition, they will be able to train at training sessions without assistants along with all other permissions Medium Ranks have.
Supervisor [Rank Capacity: 40]
Supervisors are allowed to host and have assistants at training sessions. Along with other Medium Ranks, they will have admin commands at the restaurant.
Assistant Manager [Rank Capacity: 25]
Assistant Managers will be able to promote Low Ranks (excluding Executive Chefs) at the restaurant for their hard work. In addition, they now also have the ability to recommend Executive Chefs for Training Assistant. Assistant Managers and above are also eligible to receive the Noted role in our Discord if they choose to resign.
General Manager [Rank Capacity: 15]
General Managers are responsible for supervising trainers at trainings and performing training evaluations. They assist the High Ranks by doing so along with recommending Executive Chefs for Training Assistants alongside Assistant Managers.

Corporate Assistant [Rank Capacity: 10]
Corporate Assistants are responsible for overseeing the Medium Ranks and overall operations. They participate in promotions, demotions, warnings, alliances, and group events.
Chief Operating Officer [Rank Capacity: 4]
Chief Operating Officers are responsible for maintaining staff data and information. They make sure all activity information regarding the staff team is consistently updated. In addition, they manage all Training Assistants including the applications, reforms, and promoting/demoting of them. They are also responsible for the other tasks all High Ranks have.
Chief Administrative Officer [Rank Capacity: 2]
Chief Administrative Officers are responsible for assisting the Super Ranks in various tasks. They help voice their opinion on potential new High Ranks and help manage group operations. They are also responsible for the other tasks all High Ranks have.

The following ranks do not have any rank limit.
Training Assistant [Rank Capacity: 75]
Training Assistant is the last LR rank acting as a middle-ground between being an LR and MR. They assist in trainings, although do not have other permissions such as having admin at the restaurant. Training Assistants go through 4 different stages in order to become official and can end up failing, resulting in a demotion. All Training Assistants are managed by our Chief Operating Officers.
Developer
Developers are what keep Tsunami Sushi running. They apply bug fixes and implement new features for all the customers and staff to enjoy. Developers do not count as staff and do not have any authority over you; they are directly managed by the Super Ranks.
Honorable Customer
Honorable Customers are former High Ranks who have resigned after working for 3+ months. Their contributions and time commitment to Tsunami Sushi led them to gain that rank.

For scenarios in which you are banned from our Discord server or happen to be staff blacklisted, you are able to appeal to one of our High Ranks. Listed below is a set of questions you must fill out and send to a Corporate Assistant through Chief Administrative Officer in either Discord or Roblox messages. Please note that your appeal will be instantly declined if we see a lack of effort or dishonesty in your answers.
For those who are permanently banned (Trello) banned from any of our games, please note these bans are not appealable and only able to be removed if the reasoning provided for the ban is proven to be false.

Alliance Information
Alliance Information
Tsunami Sushi is always looking for groups to form alliances with. If your group meets the set requirements, feel free to send a Corporate Assistant or above a Direct Message on Discord with your group information.
Requirements
- Your group must have 25,000 non-botted group members.
- Your group must be a roleplay business group.
- Your group must have a good reputation.
- Your group games and Discord Server must remain active.
- Your group cannot sell any admin permissions or medium ranks (such as Manager).
Application
Tsunami Sushi does not have a set alliance application. Instead, please message a Corporate Assistant or above on Discord with your group and Discord information if you meet the requirements. From there, the HRs will vote on whether or not your group will be a beneficial alliance. Please remain patient for the results.

As an Executive Chef, there are two ways to get promoted to Training Assistant. Located below will be both options; it is up to you which option you would prefer to take.
Applications
- Applications open whenever we are low on Training Assistants by Chief Operating Officers at the Application Center. They remain open for only 24 hours.
- If your application is accepted by a Chief Operating Officer, you will go through the Training Assistant process.
Restaurant Activity
- Assistant Manager+ are able to recommend you for Training Assistant by remaining active at the restaurant. It is recommended you remain consistently active for at least 5+ days for a chance of being recommended.
- For a higher chance of being recommended, don’t hint, stay unique, remain productive and don’t supervise, have a positive attitude, and wait for your time to come.
In order for you to become a Training Assistant, you must be verified in our Discord Server. In addition, if your account is under 100 days old, has safe chat, or on our blacklist, you are not eligible to be promoted.
