We are a one of a kind Juice Bar on the Roblox platform, located in the heart of Hawaii. At Tukoah, we strive for success, growth, activity, and inclusivity. Our team is dedicated to serving amazing juices and providing an exclusive dining experience for all our guests.
This is your one stop guide for all the information you may require about our corporation. Whether you are the visitor, a member of the staff team, or management this handbook has everything you need to know. If you ever need help or have any questions, just ask any member of our Staff Team. They love to help and will make sure you have what you need! It includes from day to day activities and other useful information that will aid the smooth operation of Tukoah. If you have any questions or suggestions on what should be included in this handbook, please forward them to any High Rank because we always want to improve.

Regulations
Here, you will be able to find our regulations and expectations for when you are in game. Our discord regulations can be found in #information, and will not be mentioned here. Our community is required and expected to follow these expectations, otherwise consequences will be given out. Any false actions can be reported to an Executive with valid proof to be appealed.
1. Trolling
At Tukoah, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards trolling, exploiting, or raiding, as per standard Roblox rules. Engaging in such behavior will result in severe consequences, including being disruptive to anyone in the server.
2. Respect
We expect every person joining our community to stay respectful to any other individual. Disrespect and hateful speech of any kind is highly prohibited. This rule also applies to offensive speech about anybody’s race, religion, sexuality and more. If one of our members fails to follow this set guideline, they will be permanently removed from the server.
3. Profanity
At Tukoah, we allow swearing to an appropriate level, but you are not permitted to use any profane or vulgar language in our communications server. If we notice anybody using slurs, hateful speech or harassment, they will be removed from our server immediately.
4. Staying appropriate
Here at Tukoah, we only allow our members to share PG-13 content in our communications server at all times. Inappropriate content or NSFW content is strictly prohibited and when sent/discussed, said member will be permanently banned from our server immediately.
5. Advertisement
Promoting any server/project in our communications server is prohibited. Advertisements through Direct Messages or on our group wall is also not allowed and is strictly enforced by our team.
6. Terms of service
This server utilizes Roblox’s services, it is imperative that all members abide by the Terms of Service set forth by Roblox.
Rank Information
At Tukoah, our ranks are designed to promote a clear chain of command and responsibility, allowing everyone to understand their roles and contribute effectively to our community. Below is the detailed breakdown of each rank and its associated responsibilities:
Customer
This is the first rank given to those who join the Tukoah group. With this rank, you are eligible to apply to be an Junior Juicer, and you are able to roleplay at the Juice bar, similar to a Guest.Noted Customer
This rank is given to Executives, or Leadership members who have resigned. However, this role can also be given to those who contributed significantly to Tukoah.Business Partner
This rank is given to those who represent our affiliates, and can only be assigned by our Public Relations Department.Low Rank
Trainee
This rank is automatically given to individuals who pass our short quiz. With this rank, you are eligible to attend a training session, and begin working.Junior Juicer
After passing your first training, you are given this rank. With this rank, you are able to work behind the counter, and serve any customers. From here, you must keep attending training to rank up.Juicer
This is the second low rank role. With this rank, you have the same responsibilities as before, and have deemed yourself experienced by attending a second training session.Advanced Juicer
To obtain this role, you must have completed a total of 3 training sessions. Once again, you have the same responsibilities, but you have now moved up the ranks almost to the last low rank role.Management Team
Kitchen Leader
To obtain this role, you must either be recommended by a member of our Management Team or apply directly. As a Kitchen Leader, you will complete a brief internship to demonstrate your readiness to join the Management Team. Successfully passing the internship will result in a promotion to the next rank.Shift Leader
This is the first Middle Rank role, and is given to those who pass their internship as a Kitchen Leader. Duties consist of supervising the bakery, moderating the Discord server, and assisting at training sessions.Supervisor
This is the second Middle Rank role, and is given to those who have shown outstanding performance as a Shift Leader. Duties mostly stay the same as an Supervisor.Assistant Manager
This is the third Middle Rank role, and is given to those who have deemed themselves worthy throughout being an Supervisor. As a Assistant Manager, you now have the ability to host both training sessions and shifts.General Manager
This role is earned by proving your worth through dedication and performance while being part of the Management Team. Responsibilities remain consistent, butou are now entrusted with overseeing training sessions to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, individuals in this role are expected to aspire towards either the Public Relations or Staffing Departments, preparing for the transition into the Executive Team. A key expectation is to oversee and support new Medium Ranks, helping them adapt and thrive in their roles.Executive Team
Executive Assistant
This rank is the first Executive Rank. This is obtained by working hard throughout your time in Management, and assisting with department work as a General Manager. You are now able to be either a part of the Staffing or Public Relations Department, and expected to help with department work.Executive Board
Those on the Executive Board have achieved great success within their department and are usually on their way to becoming a Department Senior or Co-lead . To reach this rank Executive Assistant must show a great deal of activity, dedication and departmental work.Executive Officer
This rank is obtained by displaying hard work as an Executive Board. As an Executive Officer, you are given high responsibility, as Executive Officers are expected to Co Lead a department, depending on what they have worked in as an Executive Board.Managing Director
This is the last Executive Rank, and is obtained by displaying your hard work, commitment, and leadership as a Co Lead. You are now expected to lead your department, and assign any duties necessary while taking them from Leadership as well.Leadership Team
Developer
This role is given to developers of Tukoah, which include but are not limited to builders, scripters, graphic designers, UI designers, and animators.Vice President
This is the first rank of the Leadership Team, and is obtained by proving to be diligent as an Managing Director. Duties consist of overseeing departments, and ensuring the Executive Team runs smoothly. They make decisions with the Leadership Team, and assist with any duties assigned.President
As President, you hold similar responsibilities but are expected to take greater initiative. You’ll work closely with the Owner and the rest of the team to make key decisions, while also assisting the Co-Owner in overseeing various departments.Co-Owner

Welcome to Tukoah! Here you will find the essential guidelines for becoming a staff member, as well as a promotion guide to help you advance to your next rank. Please review the following sections carefully to ensure your success within our team.
General Guidelines
As a staff member at Tukoah, you are expected to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this document. While grammar is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to maintain professionalism and increase your chances of being recommended for promotions.
- Proper Attire
- Staff members must wear appropriate attire at all times. Avoid troll outfits or glitched attire that disrupts the experience for others.
- If unsure about proper attire, please contact a member of the Staffing Department for clarification.
Recommendations
Being recommended for promotions requires patience. Do not hint at wanting a recommendation, as this may lower your chances.
Promotion Guide
Low Rank Promotions
- To progress from Junior Juicer to Juicer, you can either attend regular training sessions or earn 65 points. To advance from Juicer to Advanced Juicer, you need to earn 150 points.
Advanced Juicer to Shift Leader
- As an Advanced Juicer, you are eligible for a promotion to Shift Leader, allowing you to join the Management Team. However, you must meet the requirements listed below:

- The following guide provides the necessary information for all Advanced Juicers seeking a position on the Management Team at Tukoah. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee a promotion; individuals who exceed expectations will stand out to our Recruitment Team.
Additional Guidelines for Advanced Juicers
Information
- The MR (Middle Rank) Team is required to meet weekly activity requirements to maintain their rank. If you aspire to join the MR Team, ensure you can commit to consistent activity. As a member of the MR Team, you will collaborate with peers to ensure smooth operations of training sessions and moderation.
Requirements for Kitchen Leaders
- Verified in Communications Server:
- You must join and verify in our server, accessible under ‘Social Links’ on our group page.
Positive Attitude
- Consistently display a positive attitude and avoid problematic behavior.
Account Eligibility
- Your account must be at least 30 days old and safechat must be disabled.
Activity
- Maintain regular activity at the Juice Bar.
Recommendations
- Participate actively in community events.
- Dedicate time daily to improve your engagement and visibility within the team.
- Always support your peers and foster a collaborative environment.
Becoming a Shift Leader at Tukoah
- Achieving the rank of Shift Leader is a significant milestone. This position comes with increased responsibilities, and the journey will be more challenging compared to advancing as a Shift Leader. By meeting the requirements and demonstrating your dedication, you’ll be on the path to joining the Management Team in no time!
Partnership Information
At Tukoah, we are always excited to partner with new groups! However, there are specific requirements your group must meet to be considered for affiliation. While we occasionally make exceptions, these are quite rare.
Requirements
Your group must have at least 50 group members.
Your group must have at least 100 Discord server members.
Your group cannot sell any ranks with administrative privileges.
Your group must have a good reputation, along with high activity and professionalism.
Your group cannot have any botted members.

Department Information
The Executive Team at Tukoah is divided into two departments, which are the Public Relations and Staffing Department. Each of them have their own duties, which you can find below.
Public Relations Department
The Public Relations Department is tasked with handling external affairs such as events, community engagement, affiliates, etc. This department ensures engagement within our community and others, and they manage our affiliations and handle any events that occur within Tukoah.
Staffing Department
The Staffing Department is tasked with keeping charge of our Management team, and handing out consequences, promotions, etc. They also assist with Management recruitments, whether this be training new interns, handling Management applications, or the recommendation process.
Sessions Information
You can attend training sessions if you’re interested in ranking up at Tukoah. Simply join the training center 15 minutes before the training begins, or before the training center is full. Training sessions are held every day, and they are hosted by our management team. If you have any questions regarding our training process, head over to our communications server and open a ticket.

Please keep in mind that some sessions are not hosted throughout the day due to various reasons. If there is no one by the training center by xx:55, that means that training has been canceled.
