Turning a mesh into an accessory attachment enlarges the model

I am trying to turn a 3d model I made into an accessory in Roblox studio. I am using the Asset Creator plugin. I followed the steps correctly and made sure it was the right accessory attachment and all that. The model has not been resized since importing.
Once I am finished with the plugin, it looks fine, but once I press the play button to see it in-game, suddenly the mesh size has doubled.

This is how it is when in the editor mode in Roblox studio:

However, once I click the test play button, it does this:

Not exactly sure why it is doing this.
Using the Asset Creator plugin, I make sure it is set to a Hat Attachment. I have tried with both the “Normal” character type, as well as the “Classic” character type, but both come out the same.

how about you put the fixture as a child of the head and then use a Weld Constraint
that has as part 0 the head and part 1 the accessory in this case you need to copy the ID of the accessory you add them with an extension and the accessory will have as a child a Handle which will be part 1 (on youtube there are many tutorials which They show several extensions for it which will help you) if you have questions write me…

Apparently, it was missing a thing called “OriginalSize”
A model that I turned into an accessory some months ago had it, so I was able to copy/paste it into this new model. It kept its size afterward.
Not sure why it does not automatically give the OriginalSize when turning into an accessory, though.
