I recently decided to try UI designing and today the first thing that came to mind was a panda turtle. Yes a panda turtle. So I made it and it took a few hours since I am still a noob at art designing. If you could please tell me which one you like and give some constructive feedback, that would be greatly appreciated!! These are my first designs ever, so it would be helpful if you don’t push me down in a hole about for drawing skills.
(These drawings are free-handed/free-drawn so they may be sloppy or really bad considering I am a beginner too.)
Uh it’s not a UI at all , UI mean User Interface…
Anyway it look not that bad for a first draw, but you should :
Use a smooth brush (Custom or found in internet), but it depend of what softwar do you use, but i’ll talke about that later
You should add shade, it look better than just color
Add shadow
Train yourself with the digital painting (You have a lot of YouTube Tutorial about it)
Buy a gaphic tablet, it’s for do digital drawing (You can also use an Ipad with a pen), the tablet cost 40$ to +300$, depends of you’r budget and level
Use (If you don’t actually use one) a professional painting softwar, like Adobe Illustrator (Even if it’s more for illustration), Photoshop, Krita, FireAlpaca, etc…
Also if you want progress in the digital drawing, you should check tutorial on YouTube (really helpful if you choose good video), you can join Discord servers about drawing and get a lot of feedback for progressing, buy lesson on Udemy or upload you’r draw on some forum for get feedback.
