M Greetings! Welcome to Twin Hotels & Resorts Trainings! I am your host, (Name), joined by my co host/staff members. I will now present to you the rules and information about this session.

SM Before we begin, we will perform a grammatical test. Your job is to edit the statement given so it is grammatically correct; this includes proper punctuation.

M Splendid! We will now move on to rules & information.

SM I | All members in the group that are Trainee or higher are required to use proper typography (grammar & punctuation) on all Twin Hotels & Resorts games. A lack of grammar can result in you being fired, demoted or suspended.

SM II | Everybody on our grounds are required to respect others, above or under their rank. Disrespecting anybody in any form will result in consequences.

SM III | Any form of cheating during this session will result in you failing and being fired. We’re looking for professional and fair staff, not cheaters.

SM IV | While on Twin Hotels & Resorts grounds, all ranks must follow all rules set for them. This also includes ROBLOX’s Terms of Service.

SM V | If you happen to pass, you will be ranked up to your next rank. When you pass, do not leave the server. We will rank you, and this takes some time to do.

M We will now explain how this training session will be directed.

SM I | As we may have up to III different ranks who can train, this session will be divided into groups of ranks. All groups will be in different places at the same time, but in the end, all do the same thing.

SM II | You will go through III different courses: reception training, café training, and theory/information.

SM III | Along the process of the training session, you will be evaluated upon typography, speed, and the quality of your training. If you get up to III spelling mistakes or V minor spelling mistakes, you will fail.

M With all that out of the way, the training session may now begin! The Twin Hotels team wishes everyone good luck!

Reception:

Welcome to Reception training! In this section of your training, you will learn how to manage the check-in system, how to greet customers, and how to handle rule violators. Please keep questions for the end.

We will start with managing the check-in & out system.

To begin, click on the computer in front of you.

Feel free to skip the tutorial as we will explain the basics of using this system in a moment.

After going through the tutorial, you will see III buttons: check in, room availability, and check out.

To check somebody in, click the “check in” button, enter the start of their username, and wait until it auto-fills. Then, select a room type according to the lane they’re in. Do not give premium suites to those in the standard line.

Checking somebody out is similar to checking in; click “check out”, enter their username, then click confirm.

When serving guests, please have a greeting ready for when you serve them. A greeting resembles the grammatical test we took at the start, except now with proper typography.

Helpers may now go do the check in & out test.

Please note: If the computers do not work for you, simply roleplay. For example: “-checks in-“ or “-checks out-“

We will now move on how to deal with trollers and any types of rule violators.

As you should know, we have several set rules for both guests & staff to follow. Some players don’t follow the rules on purpose, these people usually being referred to as “trollers”.

When somebody breaks a rule, you warn them for that reason. If somebody would be trolling about wanting to “EAT RATS”, you would warn them for trolling and/or caps abusing (warning template: “Warning Number | Reason”).

When somebody hits III warnings, you must get a MR (middle rank) or higher to kick them from the server.

If they rejoin and hit III warnings again, they get kicked once more. If they rejoin again and continue to troll, you are to get an HR/SHR (high rank/super high rank) to ban them.

Helpers may now go do the troll test.

Café:

Welcome to Café training! In this section of your training, you will learn how to operate in our café. Please keep questions for the end.

Twin Bistro is a unique café in Twin Hotels & Resorts. In a moment, you will learn how to operate in our Bistro.

To give customers/helpers drinks or ice cream, hit ‘H’ on your keyboard or tap the GUI at the top of your screen if you’re on tablet or ph—on(e).

In this case for training, you will only have to click the screen in front of you, choose the type of food/drink that was requested and hand it to your helper.

In a real case at the resort, you will soon have a built in recipe guide to make food and drinks. This is in development and will be released soon.

Helpers may now go do the drink order test.

Theory/Information:

Note: Theory/Information training takes place in room 1 or 2.

Hello, and welcome to Theory training! In this section of your training, you will go through a quiz about the group and/or being a staff member.

I) Who is the owner of Twin Hotels & Resorts?

II) What should you do when encountering a troller?

III) Are you ever allowed to ask for promotions as any rank?

IV) What should you be doing as a staff member?

V) What should you NOT be doing as a staff member?

Custom Twin Hosting Commands

At Twin, We have a few custom admin commands designed to make hosting easy! The following will list them and tell you what they do. You must be on the Host or Co-Host team to use these.

;start - Start’s a 30 second countdown and makes a Update to #session-announcements.
;cancel - Start’s a 30 second countdown and makes a update to #session-announcements and after the countdown shutdowns the server.
;end - Start’s a 30 second countdown and makes a Update to #session-announcements and after the countdown shutdowns the server
;doors - Toggles the main lobby doors separating the waiting room from the training area, open and closed
