Storms and Tornadoes

  • Added new meshes, there are now 81 possible wall cloud and tornado combinations
  • Completely rebuilt the storm system, storms are now more detailed, have more variety, more structure, and improved dynamics
  • Rainshafts now behave dynamically based on hail density
  • Tornadoes can start at random wind speeds and go through rapid intensification periods
  • Tornadoes are now more unpredictable, taking slightly more erratic paths
  • Improved lightning
  • Improved tornado roar
  • Debris cloud fades as tornado gets wider

Effects

  • Made atmosphere and ambience client-sided
  • Storms now have varying tints based on hail
  • Dirt particles near tornadoes have been replaced with dense rain
  • Removed morning fog
  • Power flashes made larger with better image
  • Reduced siren audio
  • Overhauled Federal Signal sirens

Spawning System

  • Dying now places you at closest town
  • Closest town detection checks for safety (won’t get spawnkilled)
  • Reworked selecting spawn

Radar

  • TVS icons now bounce around unless DOW is evident
  • Hail is now rounded up
  • Highlight player bug fixes
  • Measuring System
  • Past tornado tracks reworked
  • Previous toggles now moved to “blip visibility”

Search and Rescue

  • Added NPC database
  • NPC spawning when structures are hit by a tornado
  • Added ability to revive NPCs and count the dead for cash

Emergency Teams

  • Added Fire/EMS gamepass for 300 robux
  • Added 3 fire stations, one for each county
  • Added 3 hospitals, one for each county
  • Added fire truck and ambulance with custom livery for each county
  • Fire/EMS crew can heal NPCs faster with higher success rate, and earn more cash for doing so

Vehicles

  • Added Dominator 1
  • Added Dominator 2
  • Added Doppler on Wheels
  • Fixed deployment bugs
  • Added spikes to the Dominator 3 display
  • Added flip vehicle button
  • Dirt kicked up by vehicles now displays as surface color
  • TIV 1 deployment audio made louder
  • Pressing E in TIV 1 and TIV 2 will hop seats to IMAX if not taken
  • Mesonet no longer awards money if vehicle is sucked up

Map

  • Trees now have a LoD feature (Optimizes rendering)
  • Completely reworked the Lake Andrusia area
  • Extended the river down the majority of the map
  • River now serves as a county border in several locations
  • Added several bridges/river crossings
  • Reworked Viroqua
  • Added West Viroqua
  • Added more hills and elevated terrain near Sneed
