About The Job

Hi guys, I’m Adiirex (Kazuto on Discord), I’m looking for some highly experienced developers to create a “my restaurant or similar” themed tycoon game, a game where the player will have to build an ice cream shop and have to upgrade the ice cream shop to increase places available and attract more people, so scripters, builder (s) modelers and animators step forward.

How the following developers should work

Builder (s)
Building the exterior design of the ice cream parlor and lobby

Modeler
Modeling chairs, tables, ice creams and much more

Animator
Animate customers, ice cream makers and more

Scripter
Create a system of customers, waiters, shop and much more

Payment

% payment 10% x developer (15% for the scripter)

Trying to not be rude here but…
You’re offering 10% to each of the devs (15% to scripter) while you as a UI designer take 55%?
Just curious since you aren’t stating what you’ll do with the rest of the robux.

perhaps advertise and sponsor the game?

Piggybacking off that, there was a dev forum post at some point that broke up realistically how game revenue is distributed in larger games. iirc, It suggested something like 20-40% for programmers, 20-30% for builders, 10% for misc people, the rest to ads and the owner. I’m just saying this maybe as an explanation to why you don’t have too many responses.

Nope 10% me too, the other 45% go in group funds for other projects

I think 45% is a bit to much for group funds. A good percentage for the group is 10-15%.

I’d still like it if you’d find that thread which explains the reasons for this, and as @MrFieldThrow has just stated, 45% for the group funds is a bit too much.
