[UAF] Training Basis

(TAKE NOTE THIS IS JUST A BASIS FOR YOUR TRAINING PROCEDURE. YOU MUST ADD ONTO THIS TRAINING OUTLINE DEPENDING ON YOUR BRANCH’S SPECIALTY)

***BASIC MILITARY TRAINING TRAINING OUTLINE

PHASE 1

  • Introduction (You can make your own introductions if you wish)

Good day cadets, I am your host (rank) (username). It is my duty to train each and every one of you into a combat-ready soldier if you are to defend Ukraine from her enemies. All of you must give your 100% if you are to pass BMT.

  • Drills

TURNS (Remember this is a European group so we use Turns not Faces)
LEFT TURN! (TURN LEFT BY 90 DEGREES)
RIGHT TURN! (TURN RIGHT BY DEGREES)
HALF LEFT, TURN! (TURN TO THE LEFT BY 45 DEGREES)
HALF RIGHT, TURN! (TURN TO THE RIGHT BY 45 DEGREES)
ABOUT TURN! (TURN TO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION - 180 DEGREES)
CENTRE TURN! (FACE THE FRONT)
CONTROL TURN! (DIRECTION WILL BE FACING THE POSITION OF THE COMMANDING OFFICER)

MARCH COMMANDS
SFL! (SINFLE FILE LINE)
STS! (SHOULDER TO SHOULDER)
MARK TIME, MARCH! ( Command to start the march)

PHASE 2

  • Physical Fitness Course (Time varies depending on branch)
    In this phase, cadets will have to complete the obstacle courses at a given time (time varies depending on the training command standards). Those who fail to complete it have the following options:
  • Repeat the obstacle course
  • Punish them with jumping jacks
  • Removed from BMT

PHASE 3

  • Combat Training Course

Cadets will be taught the controls of holding a weapon.

R - Reload
L - Laser
Right Click - Aim
Left Click - Fire
P - Patrol Arms
C - Crouch
Double C - Prone
Q - Peek Left
E - Peek Right
Cursor - Aim Direction

Cadets must be able to hit the target by:

  • Standing
  • Crouching
  • Prone

The cadets must also be able to hit shots from long range and short range.

PHASE 4

  • Basic Knowledge
    Cadets will be led into the classrooms where they will be taught the basic information about their branch. Everything that a cadet must know upon joining your branch must be stated. It may include the following:

  • Branch Purpose
  • Ranks
  • Chain of Command
  • Elaboration on affliated branch groups
  • Ribbons
  • How to address fellow personnel and officers (Those who are in the enlisted ranks of OR-1 - OR-9 are referred to as “Comrade”. Officers will be referred to as “Sir”)
  • Dress Code
  • Military Rules & Regulations
  • Extra Remarks (Anything that must also be discussed that have not been stated in this example list)

PHASE 5

  • Inspection

Cadets will be put into their respective branch formals and led to the parade deck. The Commanding Officer will ask each cadet as many questions as they want about what they have been taught. The punishment for not being able to answer questions is up to the CO.

PHASE 6

  • Graduation Ceremony

Each cadet who has passed BMT will be personally saluted by the Host (and Co Host). Once all cadets have been congratulated. The Ukrainian national anthem will be played.

Once the anthem has been played. Take a photograph with everyone involved in the training. Each group of students are recorded in the training academy’s history (e.g. Class 0001). Make sure to log the attendees (full name) who passed in the training command discord server.

Once everything is concluded. Dismiss the attendees by “Dismissed!”
