This happened to me too. Two items are stuck for about 3 weeks. I’m not re-uploading as a matter of principle and also want all the recolors to be showcased together in Store tab.

Roblox Support did not help – I created a ticket and got just bot replies. Created another one – same result.

My stuck assets are:
Catalog - Roblox (Asset ID: 123610519572018)
Catalog - Roblox (Asset ID: 93845759943776)

I’ve been having this issue too. I uploaded an UGC for a client on the 11th of September. After waiting for 5 days I decided to re-upload the item. The re-upload passed moderation fast as usual, and the old upload (from the 11th) got through too, at the same time.

Of course the item got through moderation, but the re-upload was needed for it, so i ended up paying an extra fee for that.

here’s the confirmation that I never got refunded for my two stuck items: 123610519572018 and 93845759943776 (Asset IDs)

Hi @xi_youyou

I haven’t received any refund for the asset ID 108401886693906 yet. Request you to please provide clarification. Also, under which category of transactions would the refund be visible?

Still haven’t received any refund for mine, it’s been 23 days.

Hi! The refunded upload fee does not show up under Roblox Adjustments tab. Here are the steps to verify the refund

  1. Go to Log in to Roblox
  2. Select purchases under Type of Transaction
  3. Scroll to the date when you uploaded the item
  4. You should NOT see a record for the upload fee that looks similar to the one below

That means the upload fee transaction no longer exists and you have been refunded.
Let us know if you still see an upload fee record for the items that should have been refunded. Thank you!

Sounds good. I don’t see the record for the item in question anymore. :+1:

Hi Alyssa!

We’ve identified and fixed the issue that resulted in some of the uploads being “stuck”. You can follow the steps I posted above to confirm that your creation fee is refunded. Thank you!

I got the refunds – thanks! Just double checked

I’ve been facing the same issue with the moderation process for UGCs. Six of my recently uploaded items have been stuck in moderation for several days, far exceeding the typical turnaround of a few minutes to an hour. The affected asset IDs are:

  1. 97295447714564
  2. 103628111713964
  3. 70963644150896
  4. 137237893259310
  5. 70942855778108
  6. 98695370666762

Sadly, this isn’t an isolated incident; it’s becoming a more recurring pattern stifling my ability to operate my UGC storefront effectively.

My previous attempts to resolve this through official support channels have been anything but satisfactory. The cookie-cutter response of “forwarding to the Appeals team” has proven to be nothing more than a dead end, with zero follow-up, updates, or actual resolutions provided.

Having exhausted every other available channel, I’m turning to this platform as my final recourse, hoping for a genuine, human response—not another automated reply. This is a desperate plea for someone to actually address and rectify this ongoing situation.

As a UGC creator focusing on fulfilling commissions, these delays are more than just inconvenient—they’re directly impacting my business operations. Repeatedly shelling out 750 R$ (not exactly pocket change here) to re-upload items due to issues beyond my scope of control is patently appalling and unacceptable. Uploading items have become a complete roll of the dice; I’m left guessing which of my creations will get trapped in moderation purgatory next. It’s impossible to plan or meet deadlines when I can’t predict if an item will breeze through or vanish into the void of “pending” status.

I agree, this is still happening to me.

This is an ACK. We are looking into this report as a new issue.

We can confirm that this is unrelated to the original issue in this post. The original issue remains fixed.

Please file a new bug report with the contents of your reply for better tracking and isolation. Thank you

I wanted to follow up regarding my application to the bug report forum, which has been pending for quite some time. I’m genuinely interested in contributing to the community by sharing some bugs I’ve encountered that haven’t been acknowledged yet. Since I often catch small details that others might overlook, I believe my input could be valuable in improving the platform.

It would be great if the team could revisit the bug report forum applications. If that’s not feasible at the moment, perhaps implementing an automated acceptance process based on user activity in the forums could be a practical solution. This might help streamline the process and allow active members like myself to start contributing sooner.

Hi @PseudoRNG3816 I don’t really want to post a new issue in this thread but I don’t have access to Bug Reports group and posting an issue in any other topic won’t be noticed.

I have this accessory (ID: 132690956709592) where the accessory itself has been approved but the thumbnail got moderated. The weird thing is that it is just a recolored version of one of my previous accessories with the same thumbnail angle and lighting.

I am not sure what causes the thumbnail to get moderated in this recolored version when it was approved in the previous one. I would request to please look into this.

Thank you!

The issue was resolved yesterday afternoon, and the stuck assets should now have a valid moderation status. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi @knknGoing I believe that your reply was for @OfficialDipsy 's issue. I really appreciate your prompt response there.

Could you please check my issue as well mentioned in the reply ebove? Thanks
