The update also caused all of my newer items to get pushed to the very end of the group’s store - they’re not displaying in a correct order.
Is there a way that this could be fixed? It really did take an effect on my sales chart.

Hello! Items that were gone are now there but I have noticed there’s still items in the wrong order, instead of them being in order of which was uploaded, they’re a little scrambled still meaning certain shirts aren’t next to their matching pants. Thank you for working on this and coming back to help me more, happy holidays to you too!!

Hi can you post some screenshots and list some assetIds so i can dig deeper and understand what exactly is wrong here? It seems that your store is mostly 2D items, the problem here only affects 3D items, so i have a hunch the issue you are experiencing is different from what other users on this thread.

Hello, here are screenshots of my catalog and what order the items are actually supposed to look like in my creator dashboard. This is just some screenshots as example but the whole of my store seems to be bugged like this. I would give assets IDs but as I previously said, the whole of the store is like this meaning I would have to give every single asset ID for every single item I’ve uploaded.
The catalog:

For example: the “(
) IVE ‘Accendio’ Liz Inspired Dress” is supposed to be next to the “() IVE ‘Accendio’ Liz Inspired Shirt” and same goes for all the other shirts and pants with matching titles.
Please ignore the fact they state “offsale”, they’re not. This is just a visual glitch on my end within my creator dashboard that sometimes occurs but isn’t much of an issue as it doesn’t actually make anything offsale.
