UGC Accessories Missing After Recently Published Change

Yesterday, Roblox released a marketplace update that replaced the “Recently Created” sort with the “Recently Published” sort. This change has caused several months of my items disappear from the sort. This includes both my group store and analytics page as well.

Items Missing from the Recently Published Sort:

My group store currently displays items that I released all the way back in March. I have uploaded ~100 items since.

I expect all of my items to be visible in the group store, recently published sort, and my analytics page.

Improvements to Publishing and Selling in Marketplace

Hi roman, the way i understand it, (and MisterPebbles please feel free to correct me if i am wrong), the Recently Published sort now will take the time the item was first put on sale on the marketplace, if it never was put on sale, it will take the time the asset was first uploaded. In other words, newly created items that are offsale will still show up on the sort (if you select show unavailable items), it will be bumped to the top of the sort again the very first time the user puts it on sale …

This problem was solved for a few days and now it is back and even worse than before.

An additional 10-20% of my items are missing from all of my group stores, on top of the items that were missing before. This includes items that were uploaded in the past few weeks.

@BrightYellowElephant I am also currently experiencing lost items, that are pushed all the way to the back of the catalog or just missing as a whole. The issue started today my most recently published store items are now gone or disorganized and out of order.

I am also experiencing this issue with my group as well, and this has also affected my sales too. I had uploaded and published some LC jackets yesterday and they should be on the first page, but none of them are now.

My group store has also been experiencing this issue, and in just the last couple of days, it has gotten even worse. A majority of the items I have uploaded and published to my group this year (including items that were uploaded and published just yesterday) are completely missing from my group store page. I have also noticed that this issue has progressively gotten worse, as items I noticed were still present on my group store just earlier today are now missing too.

In the case of accessories uploaded to my Roblox account, the bug has been fixed but unfortunately in my Roblox clothing group idea.exe - Roblox there are still some clothes missing.

My UGC accessories uploaded to my Roblox account are now displayed in the correct order but unfortunately the problem still exists for classic clothes in my Roblox group idea.exe - Roblox. For example I recently uploaded a few Christmas clothes and for sure one of them disappeared, it didn’t literally disappear, it’s just not displayed in the store on page 2, which is where it should be, I have no idea what page this clothing is on now. (this happened at the same time as the problem with UGC accessories disappearing), I suspect that this happened to many clothes because sales dropped.

I can’t see my items too…
the dynamic head was uploaded over a week ago, yet only 4 out of the 7 heads are still visible.
I can’t find anywhere 3 heads at catalog avatar creator or maketplace anywhere
