UGC Avatar body parts are able to shrink to size 0

An avatar body can be arbitrarily weight-painted in a way that enables dynamic scaling of its body parts based on the animation pack the player equips. They are able to shrink down to a minimum size of 0. This passes the validation checks in the uploader.

Expected behavior

Avatar body parts should maintain a reasonable consistent size instead of being able to scale dynamically with animations.
