UGC Avatar Bundles HipHeight faulty derivation

The Humanoid’s HipHeight property in a UGC avatar bundle is derived from the bottom bound of the avatar’s feet mesh geometry. It does not take into account the bottom bound of other mesh geometry (such as the LowerLeg – or even the torso/arms) that can extend well past the bottom of the feet. This enables floating geometry to be present below the HipHeight of the avatar, avatars that are able to phase through the floor, as well as a means of bypassing minimum avatar size.
