As of recently, UGC bundles by multiple creators that have successfully received moderation approval are uploaded with broken thumbnails. They appear on the avatar marketplace and the creator dashboard with the “Content Deleted” icon.
Upon examining the bundles using the BTRoblox Chrome extension, it seems that the asset having problems is labelled as “Costume,” which is meant to display the entire bundle.
Thanks, it seems like recently created bundle thumbnails are showing up now, but some of the ones from earlier have not had their thumbnails fixed/refreshed yet. Will they eventually be fixed or do I have to reupload them?
Thank you for the bug report. We have identified a bug in our system and have now fixed it.
We do need to manually invalidate or fix any pre-existing thumbnails that show this behavior and we’ve gone ahead and done that for the ones linked above. If you notice any others that you suspect is due to this behavior - please do raise a support issue to invalidate the thumbnail and we can fix.
