Ugc bundle too big yet the same size as the one i uploaded a few days ago

I’ve uploaded a pony bundle a few days ago, it looks great so i wanted to make another version;

everything is fine but it says the full body is too big, allegedly cause of the Z size, this is weird cause they’re the same size and i was able to upload the first version,

was the full body size maximum and minimum added recently? how come there are no news nowhere about such important changes?
also whenever i edit the rig to look even ridiculously thin to fit the size standards it still says before i import the mesh that the bundle size is the same size no matter what i do, is there a problem with the avatar importer at the moment?
