That’s a really good UGC concept!
I can easily rate this as an 8/10.
It’s really well-made, I love it! It’s simplistic and unique. It’s also very detailed, and the theme of it is really cute.
I would love to see this as an actual UGC hat. Well done!

Don’t worry about that from what I heard they will enable UGC for everyone in the future according to RDC and UGC can become limiteds too in the future.
