This is my 6th UGC concept named “Galaxy Cat Witch Hat”. I haven’t made anything in a while, but I was bored and wanted to get back into creating! This is the 2nd attempt on making this hat.
first attempt:
the gif didn’t upload right but I’m working on fixing it!
not impressed and the hat seems ‘going down’ a bit compared with the image ref
don’t even know is it a kind of liquid or not tho
and the texture quality is not really quality like being overscaled
i like it it is pretty unique.

I think the final picture looks really good nice job!
I don’t see any cats or anything related to cats, for galactic aspects some stars is a little bit generic obviously.
Otherwise that’s a decent shape.
Looks cracking. Maybe add some whiskers that’s it otherwise
