This is my 7th UGC concept Starry Oversized Jester hat! There is never enough jester hats on the avatar shop so I made one! This is loosely off of one of my jester characters. this one took me the longest time to make so I hope you enjoy! Feel free to critique it in the comments and I also have a new portfolio!
