I made a UGC concept for a Premium Top Hat. It would be like the BC Hard Hat but ya’ know, premium. How good is it?

it looks good but try to make the premium logo not collide into it as much and make it sharper

In my opinion the shape of it looks to simple - almost as if it was made of CSG parts - maybe try and make it more detailed and add a texture to it

Do not use resources created by Roblox, nor the official Roblox logo / iconography as part of your articles.
