UGC dynamic head thumbnails don’t display despite being approved

Hi, the thumbnails of my recently uploaded dynamic head items are not showing.

It’s been approved after censorship, I can set up sales, and I can try them on in the Avatar tab. There’s nothing wrong with the model that appears in viewport.
Can you solve the problem? or do I need a reupload?
