It seems your mesh is a bit too high quality, have you tried lowering the amount of triangles? (Just a guess)
Edit: after looking it up, to retopologize is to simplify the topology (less triangles to make it simpler)
The limit for accessory is 4000 triangles, you’re trying to upload an item with more triangles than 4000. Use “decimate” modifier in Blender for this.
