UGC item offsale bug?

Hello !

I have a free limited UGC published, and I can’t buy it in game. I always get an error prompt.

In the Avatar Item section of the Dashboard, the UGC item is showing with the blank page image + offsale status. It is not offsale on the Item page.
I tripple checked every IDs on both on the item and the experience setings, they’re fine.

It got published 3 days ago, maybe it is still pending for approval ? How can I check for that information ?

Or maybe this could be something else ?

My issue is still unsolved,

the item remains offsale in the experience settings, despite the fact it is set on sale in its own settings. And same error again and again…

Any clues why ?
