UGC item showing offsale status, while being on sale

Hi,

I have a free limited UGC that has been published here : Golden Fragrant Givwings - Roblox
I want it to be rewarded In game only but and I can’t buy it in game. I always prompt me an error.

In the Avatar Item section of the Dashboard, the UGC item is showing with the blank page image + offsale status despite the fact it is on sale on the item’s settings.
I tripple checked every IDs on both on the item and the experience to allow the transaction.

It got published 3 days ago, maybe it is still pending for approval ? How can I check for that information ?
Or maybe this could be something else ?

Expected behavior

I expect the transaction to work in game, whenever a player get to buy one for 0 robux.

After reviewing your report and the visual images shared, it appears that the item is not configured to be onsale. Can you help check on your side from the Creator Dashboard to set the item onsale and see if are still encountering the issue? If you have further questions or need clarification, feel free to ask.

Hi,

the issue is fixed, our dev was callig the promptpurchase from a local script.

but the item is still showing as offsale with the cracked blank page.
