Despite putting the UGC item offsale on the item configuration page and saving the changes, the UGC item remains onsale. This applies to accessories, layered clothing, and avatar bundles.
UPDATE:
The accessory was put offsale after a few hours, so there must be some sort of long delay.
The bundle was put offsale (not sure how long it took), but there is a display issue in which it still shows as onsale on the Catalog page from my perspective and offsale from other people’s perspectives. It correctly shows as offsale in the Creator Dashboard page.
Expected behavior
The UGC item should be put offsale and the changes should save.
Hello, here is the avatar bundle ID: 382262. I wanted to put the bundle off because it was broken, but it says it’s still onsale after 4 hours of this post.
Interesting, yeah it still shows the price from my perspective and when I switch to a different account. I have all of my Chrome extensions turned off.
When I use an incognito tab it shows it as offsale however. Very odd.
Thanks for the additional information. We have narrowed down the issue as a search tile display bug that’s actively being looked into. We’ve confirmed this bundle is not purchasable and the details page is correctly reflecting that.
