so I made a cagemesh long time ago which can fit with a new head I made but before Roblox kept disapproving my old (and first head) so you know, you can’t reupload again a body package who got declined, the solution to solve this kind of problem is to reimport the package with new fresh mesh ID and texture ID.
But for now, it’s different, I knew my new dynamic head wasn’t the problem.
So to solve the problem, I switch the cage mesh id with an old one who got approved my roblox, the cagemesh I used for a snail. So I put it in the new head, and Roblox let me imported it… This is not normal, Roblox lets me use an old cage mesh already approved but doesn’t want to let me upload a new cagemesh id, so there’s no way I can upload correctly if Roblox always denies my shape of cagemesh (from the one which fits). That’s discrimination.
Expected behavior
When you import a new package, Roblox shouldnt deny automatically your package because it uses new mesh id.
Looks like my problem is darker than I imagine.
I discovered Blender tricks all my new exports from my new fbx, and keeps putting down my cagemesh head for no reason…
On the screen i didn’t press Ctrl Z or else, i just renamed the file and clicked on export.
Do you know why I struggle so much? Because the roblox official document provided a zip file named Blocky which uses a bad CageMesh (duplicated version of the true head, so too much vertices and UV)
I’m still trying to edit this cagemesh on Blender, I scaled the vertices, and changed a bit everything and still Roblox doesnt want me to use it as CageMesh
Also occurring to me despite a mesh I previously used ‘Bear’ bundle was approved, I am only changing the texture. I tried with default cage legs and it went through (but LC was broken) then tried redoing the leg cage and still got a failed submission.
I’m begging you, please find a solution, I’m still stuck, I tried to modify the mesh, I remade entirely the cagemesh, i remade the texture, everything but still :
I just tried to restart with a new template and still :
