Hello! I have had some issues recently with a random selection of items, all seeming to be from the same day, just disappeared off my group. I’ve checked multiple devices and also had others check and some of my items are not displaying. I tried taking these specific items off sale and relisting them but they didn’t show up. These items weren’t removed nor is there a texture etc. removed, its multiple different items. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or how to fix it

Thank you for the report. Can you give us your group store id or name so we can look into this issue? If you are referring to your user store can you give us the user id associated with your user account?
Can you also provide links to the items that you have uploaded that have this issue?

Note: Ive noticed my items are still within my group BUT have somehow managed to go to the last page rather than being at the first page and many of my other items organized randomly it doesnt seem to have any obvious reasons behind the way they are organized so still very weird?

I’m experiencing this issue with my UGC upload account, but the items I uploaded months ago aren’t disappearing; it’s just that when I publish too many items at once, some of them don’t show up in the store. The solution is to set them offsale and then put them back on sale, and Roblox catches up.

they previously showed in the group and have been there for like 2 months then randomly I couldnt find them, for some reason they moved to the end, I took them down and put them back up already but it didnt do anything
