UGC Premium 450 Grace Period Not Working

So UGC creators were told that there would be a grace period where Premium 450 members would be able to create and sell UGC items until their membership expired and were able to upgrade. I’m currently one of those users waiting for it to expire so that I can upgrade.

As of today (the 15th) Premium 450 members can’t sell UGC. I assume this is a bug because my membership doesn’t expire for a while, but I need to put items on sale really soon.

The fact that premium tiers provide different benefits without being cancellable is a major oversight in itself. Premium shouldn’t provide different benefits on different tiers unless there is a way to change tiers with zero-notice.
