UGC Stuck on Moderation for over 48h

3/5 uploaded UGC hair assets are stuck on moderation for over 48h. The stuck assets are:

I’m sure this was reported earlier, but contact Roblox support. The UGC Appeals team is well aware of this bug, and the agent handling your ticket will delete the item and then it will be restored in a few days after removing it from pending status.

I had the same issue a couple months ago and it was resolved through a similar post on the Dev Forum by Roblox Staff providing refund for the upload fees. The Roblox Support was useless.

I managed to restore 5 of my UGC items this way. Maybe if you’re more specific in your request, they will provide further assistance.

How much time did it take after your submission to Roblox Support?

It took about 1 day, I guess. They said the following below. I had only mentioned that the item was stuck in review and requested them to review it again.
