UGC texture compressed

if i understand it correctly im allowed to use 1024x1024 when creating hat accessories


but everytime i create an accessory and put it into a humanoid it compresses interestingly tho it doesnt compress if i dont put it into a humanoid folder

Roblox texture compression is notoriously iffy. Especially if you are using an r6 rig. You can also try to change the quality level in studio settings but that might now help.

It could help to organize your uvs differently too. I would try to make the uv with the text the largest, while keeping the rest a similar size. If all else fails you could model the text in 3d and make it as flat as possible
