UGC Textures Not Loading

I uploaded a new UGC item and many users have been reporting that it doesnt load the texture in their avatar preview however it does work fine in game.

This is the UGC: Harrier Jump Jet Plushy - Roblox

Expected behavior

The UGC is supposed to look like this.

The UGC could just be a visual bug when viewed in the avatar editor like you’ve said. Does the texture load properly on the website avatar editor?

Ok looked into the problem. I’m not sure how UGC uploading works but you could try reuploading the textures and mesh for that specific UGC.

The texture of a mesh is completely black for me

What are you attempting to achieve? I’m trying to make an animated lever. What is the issue? The mesh of the lever is completely black, which makes my job significantly harder. Changing the texture to something else doesn’t change it at all, it just stays black. The main problem is that it’s like this only for me, everyone else can see it just fine. What solutions have you tried so far? I’ve tried reinstalling studio, I’ve checked wikis (which didn’t help me much), I tried to reupload the t…

Or you could try waiting for a little while and see how it goes.

Decals & certain Textures completely black

After the new studio update all decals & most textures are now black in future lighting [image] If I switch it to ShadowMap however, [image] Is there any fix for this? I don’t wanna switch my game to ShadowMap.

I’m not sure that’s viable as you need to pay the upload fee again
