UGC that was uploaded in June is no longer displaying on webpage or app

I have discovered that all of our UGC items that were published in June have completely vanished from our group page, the browser version of the marketplace, and the mobile app. These items were not deleted or archived and appear to be perfectly fine when viewed from our development pages. If this could be looked into and resolved that would be great as right now these items are mistakenly getting no views or sales.

Expected behavior

I expect these items to be viewable on our group page here: La Boutique Mimi - Roblox
As well as everywhere else they can be searched such as marketplace and the mobile app.

The missing items should be in-between the two highlighted items in this image.

Thanks so much for the help but unfortunately this hasn’t solved the problem entirely. I am now able to search for these items, however they appear at the very end of the recently published list. This means they are completely buried on both our group page and the marketplace when sorting by recently created and are not getting viewed.

We applied the fix one more time, the order of your creations seems to be correct now. Pls verify yourself and sound out if there are other issues, otherwise I am going to close this out.

Still not showing up in the correct order on my group page or the market place. This is how the group looks right now.

Should be 20ish items between the pumpkin t-shirt and the kitty masks.

Edit: I am using the website not the mobile app.

Hey, @BrightYellowElephant !

The update also caused all of my newer items to get pushed to the very end of the group’s store - they’re not displaying in a correct order.

Is there a way that this could be fixed? It really did take an effect on my sales chart.
