Your attorney can likely request (or subpoena) the personal information of these people from Roblox/Tipalti themselves - they’re getting paid, so their real information is on file.
There are options available to you. Consult with a lawyer - that part will be free - and ask what specific options are available to you. There are things you can do.

they’re copying roblox limiteds, stealing items from people and countering evreything with false information
Roblox has failed us developers, from instances of developer accounts being hacked, from instances of Rell Seas/Jujutsu Infinite copies and scams and now from the current instance of UGC fraud.
I want action to be taken and developers who worked relentlessly to develop our skills and share them on the Roblox platform to be compensated. But per Roblox tradition, nothing will be done.
Hi, @idealxy . We looked into this and I believe we’ve found the error in our systems that caused this. Thanks for letting us know of this unexpected (wrong) behavior, and please keep the reports coming in. I really helps us improve our rights management systems.

Here are a few UGC groups uploading misleading items onto the marketplace. They consist of fake headless and korblox packages. Please moderate the group Holders and Owners.
This has nothing to do with the original bug report. These items are owned by Roblox who doesn’t use DMCA to take down copies of their own assets. It’s a simple lack of moderation on their end.

A point of reference, when using the DSA form, if these groups hold a scam game you should be able to report it and the group will usually get locked. Support recognizes scams when they come in the form of experiences but for some reason they often take no action if it’s an accessory.
With RoSeal extension you can see that the items in LukasUGC group has been uploaded by a user called “coolgroupholda”, which isn’t the member of the group + it means that this guy is trying not to get banned (trying to abuse the ban). That user should to be banned by their HWID and IP lol.

This group is pretty flagrant with it, I came here to report this specific one but someone has posted them already. Considering they post in enormous quantities they must be getting funded by a bigger ugc group imo.
