To be honest, they want this themselves. Roblox shouldn’t revoke UGC access just because of ‘spam.’ If they start revoking UGC access for a lot of other reasons, it would significantly reduce misuse, because no one would want to wait two weeks again to upload UGC. Plus, if the same ID is used for multiple accounts, their UGC access gets revoked as well, essentially blocking the ID entirely. So, they could reconsider this and it seems really simple to implement.

How is this group not locked yet, they upload stolen stuff everyday and the group has gained like 1400 people in the last few weeks.

Here is another group that just uploads copyrighted stuff (including the beast game ugcs that they are giving away for free in their game) and a few of them are reuploads of previously deleted stuff from other groups

@apoorcarpenter Are these groups being looked into? Or is Roblox not aware of it, they’ve stolen items from my group and Roblox is failing to take the ugc down.

The handling of these groups is embarrassing, knowing that it’s been almost a month since you reported they’ve already received some amount of pending robux out of stolen items

Considering how long this group has been up they’ve probably gotten a very large majority of the funds that were pending, intensely sad and pathetic on Roblox’s part.
