UGC Thumbnails have changed differently from before

When I checked today, there is a problem with the thumbnails of some items.
For confirmation, I share the thumbnail images i took before and today.

How did you author these thumbnails originally? It sounds like this might be a bug in the tool you used.

Thank you for your reply.

Actually I did use additional plugins.
However, it is a plugin that I have been using continuously since before and I have never had this problem.

Also, this item has been on sale since 5 days ago, and it was maintaining a normal thumbnail like the picture I attached, but it suddenly broke yesterday.

I posted this because I thought something was wrong, seeing as other creators had experienced this same problem yesterday.
