I tried to download it with him on his group having published the mesh and the texture on his group (where he is the owner) but still with the error which says that all the assets do not belong to him.
Judging by the system’s message, your friend needs to publish all of the assets if they are not under your name in terms of who made them and imported them to Roblox.
