The Roblox chat filter is outsourced by a third party company which uses neural networks for chat filtering. So, the filter is esentially powered by AI.

I can finally send my friends the ID to a zoom meeting without me having to chunk it into so many confusing bits to avoid censorship!
yeah and they keep claiming they’re not using bots to moderate. what kinda dummy moderates normal words that aren’t being taken out of context then?

Exactly, about everyone knows that moderation is really just bots and a broken complex system. I still have no idea why Roblox still says their real people. I hope Roblox makes some changes soon.
