UI causes explorer arrow keys to navigate scene view instead

Reproduction Steps

Step 1: Have a screen gui in the starter gui
Step 2: Use the arrow keys to try to scroll from the toip of the explorer list (Workspace) to the bottom of the list (TestService)

Expected Behavior

I would be able to use the arrow keys to navigate to the bottom of the list

Actual Behavior

As soon as it selects the Starter GUI, it will force you to control the camera instead of navigating the list in the explorer.

We’ve identified the issue! This should be fixed in the release next week.

Hello @rater193 , new sessions of Studio should not have this happening anymore.
