I made a game and I’m currently struggling with designing the scoreboard:
In the image above you can see the game on mobile and pc. The menu and chat icon is ruining the scoreboard, especially on mobile. I was thinking of moving the scoreboard to the left and putting the player scores on top of each other. It wouldn’t really bother the player itself because it can never go behind the drawn line (right image). The problem is that it might look weird and still be a bother for the player, since I personally wouldn’t like a GUI just behind the player all the time.
I plan on making the game playable with a maximum amount of 8 players. I need to change the scoreboard up a bit but don’t know what would look best. I’d really like to keep the faces as they are currently. Does anyone know what I can do to make the scoreboard look better?
