UI Drag Detector doesn't behave in mobile

the UI Drag Detector is behaving very weird when in mobile, compare to pc, the mobile one doesn’t obey the Min/MaxDragTranslation property, it goes way lower than the min and it cant go higher than half the max, everything in startergui is properly set to scale and the uidrag works fine in pc, but behaves weird in mobile

That’s one I haven’t seen before… I’ll file a ticket for this and investigate as soon as possible!

I noticed this issue when testing PS5, Fit to window.

it happens on other type other than “Fit to window” as well as long as its mobile, i also tried in my phone and yes, its same bug

Quick question, are ui drag detectors fully released? I published and it works on my PC ingame, but not on console.

it seems to be in beta feature, but i hope they get to fix it asap and put on live, im sure alot of devs will be pleased with it

This bug is due to horizontal offset not being accounted for-- a fix is in and should be activated at somepoint this week!

For testing purposes on studio, selecting a device without a horizontal offset (like a phone without a camera like the one pictured in the video) should not have this issue.

This bug should be fixed for studio. It will take a little bit longer to be rolled out on mobile device clients.

You should see the fixed behavior in Studio’s device emulation mode.
