I am not sure what to add/improve in the EFFECT, the UI is temporary.

Hello! I like the effect you use. I think it takes too long to play the effect. When your mouse hovers over the button, it is hard to see the ring for the first second. What I would do is make the “ring” that expands from the button instantly leave the button just as your mouse hovers over it.
Hope this was clear
