Its meh. Because the X Button is too big the font color kind of blends in with the background image. And it feels a bit empty…
Alr, what font colour would you recommend?
And how do I make it less empty? Any suggestions? I came back after a 2 month hiatus, so my skills are quite unrefined
Make font black and emptiness… thats a tricky question. Maybe try lowering the ui padding?
I dunno how UI padding works in figma, quite new. I usually work in studio, so this is not really my cup of tea
Oh… you said figma… I thought roblox… Just google some vids.
I cant help but the the “A” under the title is overlapping for the bottom one. Besides that, nice work.
It took me a few double takes to notice that, you have a keen eye. Ty btw , I’ll try to fix that
add more gradient towards the background, the X just looks out of theme, maybe make the image also have a gradient black towards the text so its easier to read and the cooldown text are inconsistent, one being CoolDown and the other being Cooldown
The (X) doesn’t match the theme at all. I really like the concept, but like others said above me, the background is a bit bland.
Maybe change the color of it.
Alr thanks for that. Could you tell me how I should change the background?? Which colour should I use??
Either a Dark Grey, or a Brown Color.
And if you pick the Brown Color, then add a Plank Texture maybe?
Its in figma, so idk how to add textures
Never heard of Figma, but whatever you did to the items in the shop, do that with a Plank Texture as the background.
Or maybe just have the background brown. Because just the brown color might help it tremendously.
The Latter choice might be better.
This UI looks alright. The blue border is clipping through the X button on the top right, and the text is almost unreadable because of the backgrounds and there is no outline on the text. Otherwise, the text itself is fairly complicated and takes a bit more effort to actually read since it’s a different font.
It isn’t a blue border, its the selection. I took a screen of this. As for the text, since its a medievel game, I needed a fairly unique font. Should prob change the colour though
the background is a bit bland, and the close button doesn’t match at all.
off topic but i couldn’t help but notice that you spelled “medieval” wrong
Medieval* not medievel. UI is hard to read.
Firstly, This is decent UI if Figma isn’t what you normally use but there are a few things you can change.
Firstly, the X button doesn’t really match with the theme of your medieval UI, also the X button is way too large. Try searching up Medieval UI roblox or something similar in Google and you can find some inspiration.
Secondly, The buy button doesn’t look that natural with a random light green streak running across it. This is kind of my opinion but if it was me, I would change it.
Also, if you want, you can change the font to something a bit better.
Alright, thanks!
Yeah, using figma made me feel like a wish out of water, its WAAY out of my comfort zone. Ofc, it is more flexible and all that, but its a bit more complex
The buy button was just smthn I did by accident when I was goofing around with figma tools, and I thought it looked cool, but now ig it doesn’t fir the theme well.
As for fonts, do you know any medievel fonts in figma?
