Create a UI frame and place any kind of ui instance/object inside of it
Rotate the frame
Try to move the UI instance/object inside the frame with the mouse
UI jumps around at random and teleports across the screen
If you fail to see the bug, same and close the project, relaunch it, try moving the ui again
Expected behavior
When you try to move a rotated UI instance / object it dosnt jump around on your screen and teleport to places uncontrollably

Update
When relaunching studio the size of frames sometimes gets set to their negative value which inverts them
Hi, thanks for the report! Unfortunately, due to a large number of higher priority forum bugs, we will be unable to resolve this issue in a reasonable timeframe, so we’re going to close this as “Won’t Fix”. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

i think after 7 months of waiting i kinda got the part about the unreasonable time frame.
