UI From Center With Alt

would be useful if resizing UI had modifier keys like most design tools

holding Alt/Ctrl while dragging could resize from the center / both sides at once

Shift could keep the aspect ratio and Alt + Shift could do both

this already exists in similar forms for Parts and would make resizing UI much faster

still really need this. resizing UI from center is one of those small things that would save a ton of time, especially when adjusting layouts repeatedly
