UI ImageButton not Scaling how I want it to scale

I want a UI image button to be a square on all devices and screen sizes. But it is becoming a rectangle when I go to test it. How do I fix this?

I changed the ScaleType to Fit and it almost worked. All I have to do is put the background in the Image.
